Ruislip Eastcote Northwood Scouts have started off 2016 with their annual Chilly Goat Challenge, which was attended by over 80 members aged between 10 and 15.

On Saturday 2nd April, the Northwood Lions Club 'Saturday Market' was delighted to receive an official visit from Hillingdon Mayor & Mayoress, Councillors George & Judith Cooper.

Northwood Tennis Club is among 148 local sports projects to secure a share of £9 million of National Lottery funding from Sport England’s Inspired Facilities fund.

If you have the occasional hour to spare and would like to enable our members to get to activities, please contact our office on 01923 842494.  Most members are in their eighties or nineties, live alone and have mobility problems, so very much appreciate the chance to get out and socialise at one of our events, such as Lunch Club.

Northwood Football Club, based in Northwood Recreation Ground, Chestnut Avenue is restructuring its organisation, the details of which can be found on their website. About half of the roles are currently vacant, with the main areas being the Fund Raising, Marketing & Social side of things. We are particularly looking for new blood to refresh the ideas at the club so would welcome any enquiries to join the club and fill a role by giving a few hours or so a week. For some of the roles, even an interest in football is not essential!
