As you are aware the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 23rd April 2020 was postponed due to Covid-19. Owing to the ongoing social distancing requirements, we are proposing to hold this year's AGM virtually, using the Zoom Webinar platform, a video-conferencing service. This meeting will have a very limited agenda – appointment of officers and executive committee, approval of accounts and setting of subscription for 2020.

In order to check that all requests to attend are valid please make sure that your application is received no later than 9.30am on Monday 26th October. You may be unable to attend if your request is received after this time.

Attendees will be sent an invitation with a link to the meeting together with a copy of the accounts for 2019. Questions, which will be limited to the agenda items, should be sent to the Chairman by 9am on 29th October. (Questions on other matters should be sent to the Chairman in the usual way.)

It is important that you have an email account as you will receive your invitation to the AGM via email. You will also need access to a computer, tablet or smart phone at the time of the AGM as you will need to use Zoom's online portal to attend the meeting. Please note that the AGM starts at 8pm on Thursday 29th October. Registration will commence at 7.45pm.
