How We Operate

The NRA executive committee is divided into sub-committees each with responsibilities for specific areas. The sub-committees report back to the executive committee at its monthly meeting.


 

Northwood and Northwood Hills' own celebration to mark H M The Queen's 90th Birthday was a resounding success, judging by the number of people who came along with their picnics to enjoy an afternoon of musical entertainment. Click here to read more and to see how the day unfolded in pictures. 

Northwood Residents' Association Annual General Meeting was held

on Thursday 9th April 2015

at Northwood Methodist Church, Oaklands Gate

At the 50th AGM of the NRA, chairman Tony Ellis appealed to the members to come forward and volunteer to get involved with our association.

The Northwood Methodist Church Christmas Tree Festival was opened by Nick Hurd MP on Thursday 11th Decemeber and runs until Christmas Eve. Thirty local groups, schools and businesses have decorated trees in most imaginative ways; it's well worth a visit.The NRA entry was master-minded by Miles Gillman and Fiona Blackwell who made 'baubles' depicting scenes from Northwood and ribbons with the names of Northwood roads written on them.

Thank you to everyone who braved the weather and turned out for the NRA Outdoor Carol Event on Thursday 11th December in Oaklands Gate, and special thanks go to St Martin's School for having the only choir that chose to shun the warmth of the church to sing outside.
